Our utmost dedication is to provide advanced and individualized care that caters to each person's specific goals and needs. Supported by a warm and friendly team, we strive to keep our patients smiling throughout their entire treatment journey. While I have various responsibilities within the office, my primary focus is to ensure smooth operations and create an exceptional experience for our patients, ensuring they leave with the smiles they truly adore.

Engaging in delightful conversations and sharing laughter with our patients is something I thoroughly enjoy. Witnessing the remarkable transformation as a person's new smile emerges is truly awe-inspiring. It's a joy to observe how patients become happier, more sociable, and embrace their smiles without inhibitions. In the clinic, my role involves ensuring that patients feel comfortable in the chair while providing explanations about the procedures we will be performing. However, my happiest moments arise when a patient beholds their finished smile and is overcome with sheer delight, unable to contain their beaming grin.
When not working, I love spending time with my two horses and my family.

Bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to each patient and their family is something I take great pleasure in. At Aesthetic Dental Care, Dr. Shah and our team members share the belief that patients should be treated like family, with utmost respect and compassion. As part of my role, I provide chairside assistance, supporting the doctor while engaging in conversations with our patients to ensure they understand the procedures being performed. I am fluent in Slovak, Czech, Polish, and English, enabling me to provide translation services and ensure that patients and parents comprehend every aspect of their treatment.
Beatriz Sotelo
BOOKKEEPER
Meeting new patients and ensuring their comfort as they embark on their orthodontic journey brings me great satisfaction. Witnessing their excitement upon completing treatment and leaving with a beautiful smile is truly rewarding. I have been a valued member of the Aesthetic Dental Care team for the past 10 years. Utilizing my proficiency with numbers, I handle bookkeeping responsibilities at the practice. Growing up in Oak Lawn, I have deep roots in the community. On a personal note, I am blessed with three children and eagerly anticipate the arrival of my first grandchild in December. I share my home with two dogs who eagerly join me on daily long walks.
